Process serving
Serve legal papers in Texas, including evasive or hard-to-find subjects.
What it is
Process serving is the lawful delivery of citations, petitions, subpoenas, and related papers so a Texas case can move. Hard-to-find or evasive subjects often need more than a single knock — skip-tracing, stakeouts, and substitute service when a court allows it.
When a PI helps
Use a licensed server or investigator when papers must be served correctly, the subject is avoiding service, or you need an affidavit the court will actually accept. Do not start here if you have not filed (or are not about to file), or if you want someone “scared into” appearing.
What to expect
The assessment covers the court, the document type, and how hard the person has been to find. A match talks through attempts, lawful substitute service, and cost. You get a return of service or a clear note that service could not be completed — not a promise the other party will cooperate.
Texas notes
Texas service rules are picky. The wrong affidavit can stall a case. This network serves Texas papers in Texas. Service outside the state is a different assignment. We are not your attorney and will not tell you which pleading to file.
Ready for a match — or a clear no? The assessment is $15 and starts with payment, then questions. Or talk first.
