Locating a person
Find a witness, relative, or someone who has fallen out of contact.
What it is
A locate is skip-tracing and discreet fieldwork to find a person last tied to Texas — a witness, relative, former partner, heir, or someone who dropped out of contact. It is not a social-media search you can finish in an afternoon, and it is not a way to harass, threaten, or surprise someone who has a protective order against you.
When a PI helps
A licensed investigator helps when you have a legitimate reason and a Texas nexus: court, estate, family, or a debt you can actually document. It is the wrong first step if the person is in immediate danger (call 911), if you only have a first name and a feeling, or if you want us to contact them in a way that would violate the law.
What to expect
The assessment asks how you know them, why you need them found, and where they were last known. If a PI is the right next step, that investigator reaches out to talk sources, lawful methods, and a realistic fee. A locate can take days or weeks. There is no guarantee we will find them, and we will not share a home address with you just so you can show up unannounced.
Texas notes
Work is limited to Texas. Out-of-state last-known addresses usually need a referral, not this assessment. Licensed Texas investigators follow Chapter 1702 of the Occupations Code. We do not impersonate law enforcement or access restricted databases you are not allowed to use.
