Civil litigation
Evidence, witnesses, and records for an existing or coming civil case.
What it is
Civil support is witness location, records, scene work, and field interviews that sit next to an existing or coming civil case — contract, injury, property, business, or a similar dispute. It is not a substitute for filing, and it is not your lawyer.
When a PI helps
Bring a PI in when counsel needs facts that are not in the file: a witness who moved, a scene that will change, or a party whose story needs checking. It is the wrong first call if you have not spoken to an attorney about whether you even have a claim.
What to expect
The assessment asks about the dispute, counsel, and the Texas city tied to the matter. If we match you, the investigator and (when you have one) your attorney set the assignment. You should expect a written scope, a fee, and no promise the other side will settle.
Texas notes
Texas civil procedure and evidence rules decide what a jury or judge will hear. An investigator can find people and documents; they cannot make a claim timely or waive a deadline. Statewide Texas work only. Out-of-state defendants often need a different plan.
Ready for a match — or a clear no? The assessment is $15 and starts with payment, then questions. Or talk first.
